Albert Regaby, 6th Baron and 1st Viscount Harwick, was the chairman of the North Western Railway from 1915 to 1934.

His father, Frederick Regaby, was the 5th Baron. Albert succeeded his Baronet and to the Cronk Abbey Estate in 1886.
His son, Henry Regaby, was Colonel for the Sodor Regiment during the First World War. When Albert retired in 1947, Henry took over the Baronet.
